Fantastic! To save on time, make the dressing the night before you want to have it and store it in a covered container. Buy a rotisserie chicken, and use the meat from that. Easy and saves time - still tastes amazing! I always get rave reviews when I make this!"

Delicious! I make mine with italian sausage but other than that.....perfect! Ina's my favorite chef. She also said that you can substitute chicken stock or beef broth for the red wine if you'd rather go alcohol-free. Good tip - I used chicken broth (out of stock and beef broth) and still full of flavor.
