Reviewed Pomegranate, Sriracha and Mint Chicken Wings

Jul 18, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

I found this recipe on her blog several months ago & asked her to make them on the show. I'm sure she didn't see it but I'm extremely pleased that she made them so everyone else can make them. The spice blend is awesome. I couldn't stop eating the finished product the first time I made them. I have made them several times & get lots of compliments"

What's not to love. The chicken was moist & the sauce was very flavorful. I grilled outside & then transferred to the oven. I'm not a skilled griller to do the whole thing outside. Will definately make it again."

I gave some to a friend who texted me to say she was eating it cold because she was too anxious to wait to heat it up. She loved it & so do I. Next time will add more red pepper flakes because I'm a heat monster. Thx for another awesome recipe. As a matter of fact everything that I've made has been great."

The star rating is giving me trouble today. If it doesn't show I gave it 5. I was making 3 of her dishes last night & cheated by purchasing shredded red & white cabbage. No problem there. Even though I had the honey on the counter I forgot to put it in the dressing. No problem there. It tasted great & looking forward to making it again. It was light,...

I made this twice already & will do it again. This is da bomb. The layers of flavor, the crunch of the pistachioes & sweet of the raisins. I personally like more heat so I will use 2 serranos next time.

I've always loved Indian food so I was particularly delighted to see Aarti win. I've made some of her dishes & look foward to continue to cook her food. I followed the recipe to the letter. At the end I added flour to thicken it up. Next time I will cut up the whole serrano pepper because me & my friends love it hot and will salt the meat before...

We all loved the flavor. However, the chips were limp. I turned up the temp for the last few minutes to 400 but it didn't help. I will definitely try this again & will use the spices on other vegetables I roast like broccoli and sweet potatoes.

I followed the recipe exactly and had to bake it an extra 25 minutes to make sure it was done. After I flipped it over I was very disappointed with how it looked. I tried covering it up with the caramel sauce but I think I made it worse. I looked at it & asked myself if someone put this in front of me would I eat it & I said "no." I was supposed to...
