Reviewed The Ultimate Filet O Fish Sammie

Jan 14, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

So wonderful! My 14 yr old daughter said that this was the best sandwish she'd ever had! I used cod, but would love to try it with the halibut. The cod was more afordable and a lot of reviewers had used it, so thought I'd go that route this time around. The sauce was great and with the arugula, avacado and tomato, they all worked together won...

What a wonderful Christmas dinner! I will be making this again for special occasions. I used Costco's already trimmed Filet Mignon which was about 4 1/2 lbs. And not knowing what Rock lobster's are, I used Costco's 11oz two pack frozen Lobster tails which I steamed for 5 munutes. I also doubled the stuffing. I stuffed and seared ahead of time...

Another wonderful recipe that my whole family loved! And I felt like it was pretty healthy. It was quick and easy to prepare, my husband said twice that he loved the dressing. I did double everyting for the six of us, but did have quit a bit of dressing left over, which I'll make sure we use. I never did tell my family that there were 7 littl...

I not only loved the chicken, but loved what the juices did to the vegetables. I couldn't imagine not adding potatoes to this , so I added a 28 oz.bag of about 2" potatoes, and so glad that I did, they were amazing. My husband, myself and our 9 yr. old daughter pretty much ate the whole thing. My husband said that I out did myself, thanks Ina! o...

I was searching for a Fall type salad and ran across this one, it's the type of salad that I would never have thought to make,, but thought I'd give it a try and if it was good I'd serve it at our Beer Bratwurst party. Well, my husband said it was the best salad he'd ever had, and I was blown away that it could be so amazing! I didn't change on...

I didn't give this a five star rating, because it was somewhat bland by itself, but served over the Baked Shroom Rice, it really inhanced the flavors. I will be making this again, plus it seemed to be a pretty healthy meal. The only change I did make was sprinkle a little grated parmesan on top. ""

This is a keeper, the shiitakes make this dish. Came out perfect after being fluffed with a fork. I served the Turkey Robinson on top of the rice and the flavors really complimented each other. It seems to be a pretty healthy meal. ""

Very fast to put together. I used the gallon zip lock to coat the potatoes and it worked like a charm. My family loved the fries. As a reviewer suggested, I too used Italian seasoning which had rosemary in it, but I'm looking forward to trying it with fresh when I have it. The 50-55 minutes was perfect."

I've made this cake before, but for my daughter's 9th B-Day, she requested these be made in cupcake form to share with her classroom. She also requested a buttercream frosting, so I made Gale Gands Quick Vanillacream frosting and it is also amazing!

This soup was so good, my daughter just had some left overs yesterday and said to make this one often. As others have said, chicken sausage is very hard to find, so used turkey sausage with the ground chicken and they made wonderful meatballs. They did brown pretty quickly in the oven, so I'll cook for less time next time. As I do with most of...

Jan 24, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

I made these for my husbands B-Day BBQ because he loves stuffed mushrooms so I wanted to try something different from the ones I usually make, but I have to say, that I prefer the sausage mixture be raw and then baked until done, they're just moister. These turned out just ok, and a little dry and crunchy on top. I used a regular button mushroom...

This was the second time making this recipe and this time I cut the salt down to just 1 tsp. kosher salt and my family still thought it was to salty. Next time I'll try 1/2 tsp. and then add more at the end as needed. I like (Green1313's) idea of adding shallots and mushrooms to it, I'll try that next time to change it up.
