This was good. I think it needs more seasoning. I would recommend increasing the oregano & cumin by about 20% and add salt!!! I had a 2 1/2 lb pork shoulder and cooked it in the slow cooker for 8.5 hours. I think if we went any longer it would have been dry. Also, I included the jalapeno as directed & took out the seeds ... but none of...
