Reviewed Pear and Pomegranate Salad with Gorgonzola and Champagne Vinaigrette

"A very good salad but using pomegranate seeds would be irritating to some (spitting seeds out, etc). I decided to create a reduction with honey of the pomegranate seeds (filtering the seeds from the pomegrate/honey liquid). I then dribbled the honey/pomegranite reduction over the salad. The salad was a big hit!"
