This is my go-to side dish for fresh corn. Always delicious, sweet and perfect! Add about a 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper each and you don't need to add ANYTHING else! It's absolutely perfect with the simplest ingredients!

Really good! Left out onions and used one less TBL of mustard. Other than that, pretty much stuck to the recipe and turned out to be a great, basic potato salad. Would make again! I will say that this probably won't serve 6 people, but more like 4 bigger servings.

This is a DELICIOUS basic recipe and very versatile. I usually add frozen peas, utilize leftover rotisserie chicken instead of shrimp and increase soy sauce to 2 T. Have spicy food lovers? Add some siracha! Serve this with a side of potstickers and you have a perfect weeknight meal.

Overall the end result was really good. Note to viewers--if you're using low sodium chicken stock (which I did), be sure to add an additional 1-2 teaspoons of salt or it will be very bland. I followed other viewers suggestions and added a clove of garlic and topped the soup with bacon and cheddar and thought it turned out great. Next time I might...

Insanely delicious. I used mini m&M's because I didn't have any mini chocolate chips (classy, I know) and they still turned out great. My husband wants to dip them into a vat of whipped cream next time. Everyone, use the marscapone... It's amazing.

I used many modifications, but thought it tasted great and was a different spin on the usual steamed broccoli. I only had broccoli, no pine nuts and only used about a 1/4 t. of pepper flakes, but still thought it was really tasty. The raisins, greens, & garlic all blended well together."

Delicious! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because my husband and didn't think the Prosciutto added anything to the recipe; neither of us could taste it, which was disappointing because prosciutto is our favorite. WILL DEFINITELY make again, but probably without prosciutto because it didn't enhance the dish."
