"well i made the raspberry glaze part. did NOT come out good :/ WAY too much sugar
Reviewed Coconut Cupcakes with Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting
"I ended making my own way but it turned out SOO good!
i only made half of what the frosting called for, and still i added 1 tsp vanilla extract and then I added 1tsp coconut extract.
and for the cake, i used boxed white cakemix and added 3tsp of coconut extract.
Together, as a finished cupcake.... it turned out AMAZING! Thanks <3"
