Reviewed Braised Country-Style Pork Ribs
"What a treat! I'd bought some country style ribs (on sale), but had no idea how to cook them. I found this recipe and read the reviews. It seemed pretty easy so I gave this one a try. DELICIOUS!! The only 'real' work was browning the ribs and cutting the vegies. The dutch oven did the rest. I'll definitely be using this one again. Thanks a"
Reviewed Anita's Impossible Buttermilk Pie
"This recipe sounded so good I had to try it. I followed somebody's advice and used Splenda. Mine tasted really good but it came out a little flat and didn't brown on the top (only the edges). I think next time, I'll use a 8" pie plate. That should help create a little more height. Don't know what to do about the browning.
