OMG!!! Leaps and BOUNDS the BEST oatmeal raisin cookie I've ever made!! Followed the recipe to a tee and usually make the twisted oatmeal raisin cookie recipe and just make regular cookies. This recipe is extremely rich (which I like) and tastes like the inside of a pie. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!"

This is really a tasty treat!! The reason for 4 stars is I was a little disappointed in the texture.i followed the recipe with the exception that the ricotta was "light"" and I think this may have made the texture a little gritty and not quite as smooth. Also it was a little loose. I think I may have needed to beat the cream a bit more."

Absolutely delicious and very fool proof. It tastes just like the Carmel at the bottom of the Carmel spiced cider from Starbucks! I ended up putting it the bottom of my cup of my apple cider. I used it today on vanilla ice cream with some crushed pecans."

This recipe was delish! I ended up using what we had in the house (canned beans instead of dried, chicken broth instead of veggie, dried sage instead of fresh, turkey sausage instead of beef, and I added kale and asiago cheese instead of marscapone). It only took about 25 minutes and was very hearty!!! I would absolutely make this again!"

Most delicious and tasty oatmeal cookies I've ever had!! I've tried other recipes since and they just don't taste as good as these cookies. Sometimes I will switch up the raisins for chocolate chips which also taste great!!

I followed the recipe, step by step and for some reason the cookies were SOOOOO dry!! When I was placing them on a cooling rack they were literally falling apart. Not sure what the deal was..
