I went to Western Culinary Institute until I couldn't afford it anymore (9 years ago- gosh I am old)- I was a single mom at the time and only working a few hours. Now I work in the Non-profit arena, I cater for friends and cook as often as possible. I use the Food Network website at least 1-2x a week.
