Reviewed Strawberry Jam

This was my first canning experience. Easy, easy, easy. However, I used 5 C. of mashed strawberries and it only made 5 pints of jam??? Also, I was nervous about 4 TBSP of lemon juice so I only put in 3 TBSP and it is perfect! I hard boiled it a bit longer, probably 2 minutes..on accident...the jars weren't ready(:..but it is perfect..not too run"
