Reviewed Fontina Risotto with Chicken
"This recipe was really easy to make and very delicious, however, it makes a LOT of risotto. Based on the serving suggestion of 4 I doubled this recipe to make for a pot luck at work. Was WAY too much food. I also substituted baked chicken that I made at home (used breast and thighs from the whole baked chicken) for the deli chicken.""
Reviewed Chocolate Stout Cupcakes
"I really love this recipe. I've made these cupcakes twice and both times they turned out moist and delicious. I swear these are the most chocolate-y cupcakes I've ever had! I used Young's Double Chocolate Stout in the recipe. One note: the frosting recipe tastes great but it makes way too much for these cupcakes (frosting is too soft to really pile it on so you don't use as much, which I don't mind)"
