Reviewed Sweet Potato Creme Brulee
"This recipe is AMAZING! I highly recommend it for a unique twist on a sweet potato dessert. I made a "test" batch a few weeks ago in preparation for Thanksgiving, and it was delicious! I don't have a kitchen torch, and the broil method worked fine to carmelize the sugar. It warmed the filling up some, which actually gave it a great texture. Y"
