Great as is . . . but you could get a little crazy and make a lime-sour cream sauce to drizzle over with a little seasoning salt sprinkled on top and some grated parm. I made this recipe and it was simply delicious. My hubby and kids hate beef but they licked their plates clean when they tasted this. Cut the recipe and time in half and it was perfect. Making again tomorrow for friends . . . after all it is called "Company Pot Roast."
