Reviewed Fresh Pizza Dough

"I think I might have just found the perfect pizza dough! Although too salty for me (yes, I used Kosher, I will cut it back to a couple of tsp. next time. I used Rapid Rise instant yeast and it actually rose! I have horrible luck with yeast. I also used my Kitchenaid mixer with the dough hook and it worked like a charm. It was perfectly elastic and I didn't need to add additional water or flour to it. I can't wait to try it with wheat flour or herbs in the crust! I also can't wait to try grilling it and making a deep dish! Thanks for a great recipe, but you could make a change to the salt in the ingredients!
