“Delicious. I used Chicken Leg quarters. I did one that was skinless for my mom who is on a diet and I think it came out better on skinless chicken. Will do this on skinless boneless breasts next time.
I paired it with the an Apple potato and onion hash (a Rachael Ray recipe) and some flaky biscuits ( these were not home made).
