"Wow! So much flavor. I used lamb chops to make it easier. I really liked the cilantro in the topping, there wasn't a lot of it, so it just added another element of flavor without the distinctive cilantro taste. The only change I would make next time is to put less salt in the marinade, the chops were almost too salty. A great Valentine's Day m""
