Good recipe, but I followed the print recipe instead of the video. After wondering why the sauce didn't reduce as much as it did on the show, I re-watched the video. I figured it out... shouldn't have used a non-stick pan! I tried the chicken recipe in the first episode and used a regular pan and it the chicken browned just fine.

My pork didn't brown :( Any advice? I also believe that on the show, there was thyme in the butter. Other than that, I enjoyed this recipe and will be putting it into my weeknight rotation.
