I make this meatloaf once per month. My trick is to use half the quantity of turkey (2.5 lbs) but the full quantity of other ingredients (with exception of bread crumbs, which I reduce in half). First time I made something that resulted in a spontaneous "Oh my God this is good!" before I had time to ask. Added chopped up potatoes and broccoli which I saut���ed first. Used half and half instead of cream in stew. Simply fabulous- will be a keeper.
