"Fabulous... I was careful not to overcook the chicken and it was perfect. When you brown the chicken only ligtly brown the outside. The inside will initially not be done. It continues to cook while sitting on the plate and then more at the end when you combine everything... so be careful not to overcook the chicken. I also had difficulty finding cremini mushrooms -- I used 8 oz.of sliced baby bela and 8 oz. of sliced regular white mushrooms and it turned out just perfect. I served it over rigatoni al dente and did I mention it turned out perfect? :)
