"The 1st time I made this recipe I thought this was one of the best dishes I gave ever made. The 1st time I seared the ribs in a cast iron pan. The 2nd time I followed the recipe to tge t and my ribs were not tender. I put it back in the oven and cranked up the heat to 400 and still not tender as the 1st. I left the ribs in for the 20 minute reduct"
