I trimmed the baby artichokes exactly as they said, but after 15 minutes of frying most of the leaves had fallen off the chokes. I was left with a pile of fried, greasy, tiny leaves that were hard to eat, impossible to dip, and not fit for company. They looked wonderful on TV but don't work in reality, at least not for me. "

Nope. I thought the amount of pastry was not enough--I made it exactly as called for and it was not enough to make it all the way up the sides of my tart pan.
