This is fantastic recipe - I made 3 very minor changes - 1 I brined the tenderloin for 24 hours in simple brine of brown sugar, kosher salt and water before I marinated 2 I put all the marinade ingredients in blender, including the chipotle pepper, and blended ve leaving the pepper whole, 3 I made the grilled pineapple salsa from Emeril Lagasse"
