Reviewed cheddar and scallion bread

I thought this was a very good bread to be served with spaghetti with sauce. Super easy to make. It's excellent served warm, but not great once cooled. I think this would be just as good served on a bagette instead of ciabatta.

Reviewed Chipotle Cream Shrimp

This has become our new favorite shrimp recipe. I loved the technique of using the flour to coat the shrimp which not only gave them a nice crunch but also thickened the sauce beautifully. I sprinkle the shrimp with Julio's Seasoning (Old Bay would work too) before I coat them with the flour for just a little extra bump of flavor. I am grateful"
