"Gorgeous--for those of you that had it turn out badly--you need to use the amount of salt that is called for in the recipe and it needs to be kosher. The higher amount of salt allows the juices and salt to mix at a perfect ratio to create a crust of salt--too little salt and it mixes and absorbs into the meat!! DO NOT REDUCE THE AMOUNT OF SALT!!""
