This was my first time cooking risotto and it came out fantastic! My only modification was adding more of the cheese, I wanted the flavor to shine through a little more. I also didn't use as much of the stock. It was so delicious, definitely will make again! "

These mussels were amazing! I cooked them for my boyfriend and we both loved them! Extremely flavorful. I made a couple changes- used chicken stock instead of vegetable stock, added a little less salt and a little more garlic and they were fabulous.
