This has now become a traditional Thanksgiving side dish. Although, it goes with any great meat meal. Love it, the only thing I do differently is I roast the brussels sprouts. I use Ina's recipe for roasting them. It adds another layer of richness to the recipe. If you're watching the calories use fat free 1/2 & 1/2, works out great!!! Excel"

Love this recipe. I have made this numerous times for brunch with other quiches, and this is the first one to be devoured. I actually (and I guess my friends) love the amount of mustard in the recipe. I noticed other reviewers thought it to be a bit too much. We all loved it. Its a keeper!!!

I make this recipe weekly as my go to sauce and no longer buy jar sauce. Absolutely love this recipe. I make this with extra lean ground turkey and fat free 1/2 and 1/2 for a healthier version and I add a chopped onion. Also, when I have my vegetarian friends over I make it with an assortment of mushrooms and onions for the nice meaty texture. "
