Reviewed Mango Cheesecake with Basil Lemon Syrup
"I saw her making this on the show and couldn't wait to try it myself.
I followed all the steps on the recipe and have to agree with some of the reviewers.
The mango didn't stand out at all, the biscotti crust had too much butter and the texture, Uhm? just not what I expected!
Overall, after adding the amazing lemon basil syrup my guests still enjoyed and I am thinking about giving this recipe another try, but this time I will make a few adjustments, like reducing the butter on the crust and using fresh mango puree. still love you Giada!
