Good. Only burnt on side of pan slightly. Very rich, a little too buttery. Don't know how it will work out but you might want to cut the fats down somehow?

Take my comment as a grain of salt because i used the oven dry method. The jerky itself tasted great though. However i would advise you to make sure your strips aren't cut too small or thin or they will be too salty and brittle. The jerky leaves this great savory aftertaste in your mouth that makes you want to eat more. Also, for people who can't...
