"Fabulous! When I saw this recipe, I wondered, what could be done to simple potatoes and onions to make them as good as she professed them to be on TV? And she was right, they are simply delicious. I followed this recipe as printed and even my kids who dislike mustard, loved them. This will be a new staple recipe in our home. "

"I made this for a dinner party last Friday and it turned out perfectly. The only thing I would have done differently, would be to use a metal bundt pan oppossed to the silicone one that I used. The top of the flan was not as rounded and beautiful as it could have been had I used my metal pan. The weight of the cake batter and flan made it more flat. Regardless, no one but me noticed as I critique myself much more strongly than my guests thankfully.
