"This was a waste of fish but it was great on chicken. I even add 1/2 of an onion and 4 garlic cloves to the coconut milk there just was not much flavor in the fish. I will not make this again "

"This was a great it had lots of flavor. I did use 4 cans of Chaokoh coconut milk so there was enough sauce for the rice. when I made the rice I did put 2 small slices of jalapeno pepper because I have kids that don't like things hot and he loved this. I also did not cook the pork for 8hrs I only cook it for 3hrs with foil on and 1/2 cup of water a"

"the chicken rub was really good i let mine sit on over night and you could taste it all through the chicken. now as for the grilling part don't walk away from the chicken it will burn to a crisp real fast i had to make this 2x because the 1st one burnt to the point we could not eat it it was cooked on a gas grill with 1 side turned off i was upset"
