"This is a delightful dinner. I followed the recipe exactly. For those that said the sauce was bland, I certainly can't agree. I allowed the sauce to thicken before I returned the chops to the pan. To the sauce, I did add 1 clove of garlic and it was delicious. I will definitely make this again."

"I made this last night and my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this dish. The only thing I did differently was to roast the potatoes for 40 minutes and then used the suggested times for the tomatoes and fish. The meal is light and tasted wonderful. I am a math teacher in the junior high school. For fun, there's nothing better than dining out, meaning fine dining, not Mc Donald's. My passions are my flower and herb gardens. Favorite Foods

My favorite dish is anything Italian. My husband and I have vacationed in Italy three different times in a different region.I'm known for my steamed shrimp. My favorite restaurant is the Left Bank located in York,PA. It's a truly consistent fine dining restaurant. One never gets a bad meal, no matter what you order.
