Reviewed Grilled Watermelon Salad
"I am a HUGE fan of Claire's show and couldn't wait to try out this recipe. I made this salad for a family get-together with my father-in-law who is very much a "meat and potatoes" kind of guy and usually steers clear of anything green. Needless to say he was extremely skeptical but then proceeded to eat three helpings. This salad was a huge hit with everyone!
