This was a great recipe! I normally don't care for cobblers, crisps etc but we had an over abundance of peaches and blueberries that I needed to use quickly. Wow, this was amazing! My family loves this recipe. I typically do not add the pancetta or herbs de provence and it still has wonderful flavor. I increase the chicken stock to 4 cups simply because I like it with a little more liquid. Freezes beautifully. "

My family loves this recipe. I usually substitute chicken broth for the wine, reduce the cream to 1/2 cup and add several sundried tomatos. Also to cut back on calories I do not use butter to saute spinach. Instead I mixed the spinach with the chicken and sauce. Great recipe that is on a constant rotation in our home. ""

I have made this soup several times this winter and it always tastes great. I pureed the soup once, but I did not really care for it. My husband and I both prefer the broccoli cut into small chunks. Overall this is a great recipe.
