Reviewed Israeli Couscous with Raisins
"This was a perfect side dish for my fish dinner. Great textures and flavors. I made a couple minor adjustments...soaking the raisins in lemon beforehand, added fresh shredded carrots, more herbs and slivered almonds. Very nice."
Reviewed Eggplant and Tofu Curry
"I was devistated after finishing this dish and setting down to dinner. The mushy texture was not appealing at all and there was a complete lack of flavor. I followed the recipe exactly and usually have great success. This was a grand failure and will NOT be something I cook again. Flavorless and unappealing color. Sad night. Had to still go out after spending all the time prepping and cooking. Let's hope tonight's dinner is a better experience."
