"Excellent directions - my dish turned out exactly like the photo, which is always a nice thing! Tasty, too - lots of different flavors. Two things: the cooking time here says 10 minutes, but it's more like 15 . Also, beware: the serving sizes are huge. I'd say that there's more like 5-6 servings here rather than 4. Between the meat and sweet potatoes, you'll never need to eat again! So filling!
