Reviewed Dry Rubbed Rib Eye with Mushroom Sauce

"It was really good. I just have to realize that it must have been a two inch thick steak(mine were only 1 inch thick. The mushrooms came out really good. A learning lesson for me since I have a professional stove and the pan was very, very hot for both steak and mushrooms."

Reviewed Shepherd's Pie

"It's just my husband and me and we had a boneless leg of lamb. So I cut off a piece and used that piece for the Shepard's pie. I have never made Shepard's pie with lamb before. I don't think I'll ever use anything else. It was so delicious. I thought that I would miss the onions but the leeks worked out great. I love your recipes and look forward to your shows. YOU ROCK!!!"
