Reviewed grilled turkey sliders with tomato jam

Sep 27, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

WOW !!! These turkey sliders are amazing !! And that tomato jam adds such a different but delicious twist on the sliders.

When I first tasted the jam before I put it on the sliders , I wasn't exactly sure if it would be a good match for the burger...... was I wrong !! The jam made a huge difference. I added a touch of mayo on...

I made both the pizza with the sauce and the pizza bianca tonight. I'm very sorry to say it was not good. I love most of Giada's recipes and this one was a disappointment. It looked so good when I watched the episode that I decided to make it for dinner.

Also with the pizza bianca 10 minutes is too long, it was way too over done...

AMAZING !!!!! My family and I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE these burgers. The only thing I did different was I used dried rosemary instead of fresh. I used about a tablespoon or so.

Thanks Giada for such a delicious recipe! The best chicken burger we've ever had !!!

Loved these no bake bars !

I needed to add about 3 cups of pretzels to get the right consistency. Not sure why since I followed the recipe to the T.
Also I accidentally bought semi-sweet morsels instead of the milk chocolate and I they came out perfect ! Not too sweet at all !!!

This was DELICIOUS !!!!! I made a few adjustments ( but I'm sure this recipe is just as delicious as it is written ) .

This tuna salad is one of my favorite lunches ! I leave out the capers and the arugula

It's very portable too,, and everyone that has seen me eat this tuna salad comments...

I thought the pecan crusted cod was absolutely delicious ! So I give the dish 5 stars for the fish alone.

I think heating the whipping cream and then adding the chocolate directly in the pan as opposed to using a double boiler makes a much better fondue. Plus it took much less time to melt.

Only problem I had was the edges browned a little too much, even though I put a tent of foil on top the last several minutes in the oven. I think next time I will try lowering the oven to 325 and see if that helps.. other than that this recipe is a keeper !
