Reviewed Lobster Tails with Clarified Butter
"The recipe was amazing! We had guests and I have to say that the tails turned out better than any I have had in a restaurant. We had huge tails and I think one of the secrets is splitting them in two, careful not cut through the bottom shell. I baked in the oven not on the grill. Will try grill next time but they were wonderful! Thank you Glada f"
