This sauce was a amazing before I cooked it. I used the crushed tomato as I didn't have the puree as many put in their review. The only thing I added was red pepper flake. I think dough is too much little a cracker in flavor and bread in texture most likely better as a dessert pizza instead of the Boston style pizza I am looking to create. Tyler is one of my favorites but this one just didn't do it for me. ""
