"Lovely recipe. I followed it pretty faithfully, except for the peppers-could find only sweet ones. Next time I will search harder and use an assortment of sweet, hot and roasted. I also added about 1/3 C of fresh slivered fennel. I served it with roasted fingerling potatoes. A treat for a Wednesday night."
