I thought this recipe was delicious. The real test will be if my carnivore of a boyfriend likes it :) The only difference I would make is adding less red pepper. It is a bit too spicy for my tastes with a full teaspoon. I also substituted fresh basil for the mint because it is what I had at the house. Overall, good recipe :)""

It was very tasty but completely fell apart when I went to flip the burgers. Not sure if I should try it in a pan next time and see if they stick together better? But taste was good and I'll just make sandwiches out of the crumbly bits it became.""

Reviewed Pot Roast with Vegetables

Very good recipe! This was the first time I ever made pot roast and it was very tasty. I made a few changes to the recipe based on what I had in the pantry and to give it some added flavor. I used potatoes instead of mushrooms and did a 1/2 cup of chicken stock and a 1/2 cup of red wine instead of water. I also added some worchtershire (sp?)....
