Reviewed London Broil with Cherry-Balsamic Sauce

I followed the ingredients with no variations (except I made fresh sauce for finishing). Grill it outside 450-500 degrees for about 7-8 minutes per side (med-well). Most reported problems with over cooking; I think this is due to how you cook it! Just watch your meat people and removed just before it arrives at your doneness (remember to rest 5 minutes)....
