Reviewed Pork Chops alla Pizzaiola

This recipe is delicious. I added 2 things. After I put the chops back in the pan, I added a little heated chicken stock, let it simmer for a couple minutes. I removed the chops again and plated them. I then added a tablespoon of Dijon mustard and whisked until incorporated. I spooned the sauce over the chops. Delicious."
