Reviewed Herb-Roasted Turkey Breast

Is there any way I can omit the white wine and still have it turn out great? I am torn between using Claire Robinson's recipe and Ina's- I would prefer to use Ina's just because it seems to have the more Thanksgiving-y flavors but am not a fan of wine! HELP!!
