"The last batch is in the oven. Very good recipe. I tried to use melted butter in the icing instead of oil but,it didn't take me long to understand the oil is to keep the icing a better consistency for icing the blossoms. I think my grandkids will love these too. I will also make them to take to work. Thanks for the recipe. ""
