“Wow. Made this on a rainy day and I have to say it is the perfect meal!! Make extra because you will be licking your plate. The earthiness and creaminess of the beans and veggies is amazing. And the crusty skin with the spice rub is fantastic! This is going to be a winter staple!

“Really good soup. I used my immersion blender to blend soup. Added extra stock because I bought a box and didn't have a use for the rest. Put the whole bag(2 cups shredded cheese. Kids and hubby loved it too. Added leftover broccoli from the other night and was a quick soup with leftovers. Should have bought some crusty bread for dipping!""”
