This was a fantastic recipe! I've never had raw squash and it was light and refreshing. I used thyme for the fresh herbs because that's what I had on hand. I will definitely make this again!"

Wow. Made this on a rainy day and I have to say it is the perfect meal!! Make extra because you will be licking your plate. The earthiness and creaminess of the beans and veggies is amazing. And the crusty skin with the spice rub is fantastic! This is going to be a winter staple!

Really good soup. Used a little extra stock and my immersion blender to blend the soup. Added leftover broccoli already steamed. Family liked it too. It's not your typical broccoli cheese soup, but hearty none the less!""

I would probably try more sour cream, rather than equal parts mayo and sour cream. This is more like a condiment, than a dip. I think I'll use the rest for patty melts this weekend since there's so much left.""

My kids love speghetti and we have it once or twice a week. This sauce is simple, flavorful and a hit at home! I spice it up a bit with some red pepper for my husband and is also fantastic with Italian sausage. "

This was amazing. I have tried a version of this with a mix of lemon concentrate and lime concentrate and serve on the rocks. This is sooo much better! Fabulous on a hot summer day!"
