We thought this recipe was spot on! I baked mine for 30 minutes, covering for the last 5 and it turned out perfect. I guess everyone's oven is a little different. The first time I made it with the parchment but it seemed unnecessary, so the second time I sprayed the bottom of the springform and it worked just fine for me. We all loved this recipe."

Absolutely fantastic recipe!! Easy to prepare, sooo delicious! The only thing I added was about a 1/2 teaspoon of Goya Adobo seasoning to the corn/cream mixture because it seemed like it could use a kick. (I also used an immersion blender.) The whole family LOVED this. I will make it again and again.

I made this for New Years brunch and while it came out looking just like Tyler's, the Granny Smiths made it too tart for the kids to enjoy. The caramel sauce didn't quite cut the bitterness of the apples. Otherwise the recipe was easy to prepare - I made mine in a cast iron dutch oven - and it cooked wonderfully.
