Just a guy who loves to cook. Italian by heritage and have been cooking most of my life. My mother raised me after my father died at the age of 42. She worked 2 jobs and I had a job since junior high school. Had to pay my way for everything I ever wanted cause mom's paycheck ran the house expenses. Mom cooked every day and made a feast every weekend for extended family. I guess my love of cooking stems from my mother who never measured anything but everything was a piece of art. My cooking is influenced by my love of art and experience after 60 yrs in the kitchen.
