"My 3-year-old grandson loves to cook with me so we made this together. He likes broccoli and thought that's what made it 'florentine' so we had to pretend for awhile. After he ate a huge plate of it we talked about spinach and now he knows he likes that too. We didn't freeze ours as we were eating it for dinner that night. My daughter (20) had friends over that night and all the leftovers disappeared. I guess people of all ages love this dish. It's easy too.
